The acquisition expands Evriholder’s home organization portfolio and creates new opportunities to bring YouCopia’s practical, thoughtfully designed solutions to more retailers and consumers worldwide.

By combining YouCopia’s product development expertise with Evriholder’s established retail relationships and supply chain capabilities, the companies will offer customers a broader product assortment and expanded merchandising opportunities. Their complementary customer bases also create opportunities to grow distribution across domestic and international markets.
