YouCopia products are designed to give you a woo hoo feeling. If you purchase an organizer that doesn’t do exactly that, you can return it. If something is broken or missing, we’ll replace it. Our goal is good feelings, no matter what.

What is the Return Policy?

Returns

You can return any product purchased on YouCopia.com, for any reason, within 60 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all return freight charges if customer does NOT opt in to Checkout+ during checkout. 

  1. To start a return, click here. You'll need your order # and associated email address.  
  2. After your return request is submitted, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your shipping label. 
  3. Shipping instructions:  
  • Pack all return items into a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or any other box.  
  • Label your return package with the shipping label that was provided when your return was approved. An email will be sent to you containing this label.   
  • Drop your return package off at the carrier your label is from (ex: FedEx or UPS). 

Note: We do not refund original shipping charges. You will also be responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax (if you did not opt in to Checkout+ with free return shipping). 

You will receive shipping instructions after your return request is submitted. Items that arrive damaged will be reviewed before you receive your shipping label.  

If your product was purchased from another retailer, you will need to return the product to that same retailer. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, but we're happy to provide a full refund or store credit for any item that is purchased on our website and returned within 60 days of delivery. Original discounts will be honored on future orders.

Warranty

All items purchased on YouCopia.com are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase.  

We work closely with our production and shipping teams to ensure the highest quality standards, but defects and damages do occasionally happen. If a manufacturing defect is found, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your item at no additional cost.  

If you notice any damage to your YouCopia product upon receipt, please create a claim immediately by clicking here. Proof of purchase must be provided at the time of your claim. We also ask that you provide a picture of the item with description of the defect.  

Damages caused because of, or purchased under, the following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects, and will not be covered by our guarantee:  

  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Damage caused by abuse, accident or negligence 
  • Products that have not been assembled properly or used in accordance with provided instructions and/or intended use 
  • Any product which has been purposely modified from its original structure 
  • Any product purchased as pre-owned, refurbished, used or sold “as is” 
  • Any product purchased via an unauthorized reseller or discount retailer (more than 35% off suggested retail price)
